How many people can stay at your villa? Back to Top
The maximum occupancy for our Villa is 10 persons (4 bedrooms plus sofa bed). Our Florida State licence dictates how many guests we can allow into our home and it
cannot be increased beyond this.
Which direction does the pool face? Back to Top
As our name suggests, the pool is west facing which allows sunbathing for most of the day and the opportunity to enjoy a drink in the evening while watching the sunset.
How can I secure the dates we require? Back to Top
Your booking can be made provisionally and held for 7 days to allow time for a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit to be received if it is more than 8
weeks before your arrival date, or the full amount due if less than 8 weeks to your arrival date.
What is your cancellation policy? Back to Top
If clients should cancel, or the owner has to cancel the booking due to non-payment of balance due within the defined timescale, cancellation charges will be due as
follows:
Period before occupancy date: Cancellation Charge:
8 weeks or more Deposit only
6-8 weeks 50% of total rental
4-6 weeks 75% of total rental
Less than 4 weeks 100% of total rental
Please ensure you have adequate Travel Insurance to cover your losses if cancellation is due to an event beyond
your control resulting in a financial loss.

Full driving directions from Sanford and Orlando International airports will be sent around 2 weeks before your arrival date, or if a last minute booking as soon as we
receive cleared payment and completed booking form.

Arrival can be at any time from 4.00pm
Departure is by 10.00am unless a later time is agreed in advance.
How do we get the keys? Back to Top
Our villa front door has a new coded entry lock, removing altogether the need for keys. The codes for the community gate and front door will be supplied with the directions
to the villa two weeks before your arrival date.
Can I access the Internet at your villa? Back to Top
Yes we have provided a secure wireless broadband internet connection. If you are bringing your own laptop computer you can either use the provided Ethernet lead and
connect it directly to the router or if you have wireless capabilities we will provide the connection details for our wireless link.
Where can I buy a good Map of Orlando? Back to Top
The vast majority of maps that are currently available have many glaring errors, even some of the larger attractions can be miles away from their correct location.
Steve from "Orlando Maps" has created a fantastic foldup map of Orlando and has tried to portray information in a way that makes it easier for the UK traveller. Orlando
is definitely not your average sort of holiday destination, and therefore, you can quite easily miss all the best bits.

Do I need a Visa to enter the USA? Back to Top
Visitors from the UK now need to complete an electronic visa application (ESTA) prior to departure from the UK. This costs around $14 and details are available
here.

Is a maid service included? Back to Top
No. The villa is rented on a self catering basis. The villa is cleaned before your arrival and again on your departure. For your convenience and hygiene the home is
equipped with a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, mop, brushes etc. If you would like a mid term clean during your
stay this can be arranged locally with our Management Company at an additional cost.
What do we need to bring with us? Back to Top
Our villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard to make it a home from home. All bedding, pillows and towels including pool towels are provided. We have a
washing machine and tumble dryer for your use so no need to take dirty washing home; we even have an iron and ironing board at your disposal.

Is the Villa Smoking or Non-Smoking? Back to Top
For the comfort of guests our home is non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on the patio area. If smoking on the patio, guests are requested to keep the sliding
doors closed to prevent the drift of smoke into the living area.
Does the villa have its own phone? Back to Top
The villa does have a phone and local and US national calls to landlines are free. To make International calls you will need to give a credit card number to the local
phone company's operator or a much cheaper option is to purchase a phone card at a local supermarket. The phone will also accept incoming calls and you will be given
the villa phone number before you travel.
Is the pool heated? Back to Top
No, not unless you request it. The pool can be heated by prior arrangement and for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from
October through to April as the water can feel quite cold.
How deep is the pool? Back to Top
The pool at our Villa is 6 feet at the deep end and around 3 feet in the shallow end.
Do you provide pool toys? Back to Top
Whenever we are in Florida ourselves we buy inflatable and other pool toys to leave for our guests to use. As we don't get to Florida as often as we would like we
cannot guarantee that you will always find pool toys available but in most cases there will be.
What facilities are there for children? Back to Top
There is a Playstation 3 with MOVE controllers in the lounge connected to the 46" flat screen TV. There is also a Playstation 2 in one of the twin bedrooms. In the garage we have a games
room with snooker and foosball tables. We also have a selection of board games, books etc and library of DVD films for all ages. There is a BOSE SoundDock iPod docking station facility for
enjoying your own choice of music. And of course we also have our own private swimming pool. See our gallery pages for more details.
Is there a hair dryer at your villa? Back to Top
Yes there are two hair dryers provided.
Is the villa Air Conditioned? Back to Top
Yes, the villa is fully air conditioned and has heat too; this is included in our rates.
Can I rent a cot (crib) or highchair? Back to Top
No need. Included in our rental rates are a crib, buggy/stroller and high chair. However if you need more than one of each they are available for hire from our
management company, but you may find it cheaper to buy rather than rent any extra items you require.
What about security? Back to Top
The villa is located in a quiet gated community area, and we provide an electronic safe to store your important documents etc.
What if we have a problem with the villa while we are there? Back to Top
We have a locally based Management Company that will attempt to sort out any problems that may arise during your stay. They also have a 24 hour emergency number. The
Management Company details can be found in the villa.
